The generic appearance of my Hummus Appetizer at Caribbean Fusion belied its quality. The Hummus was 'bright', as Gail Simmons always says on Top Chef, the Celery was crunchy and it was more than enough for an entree. I would definitely recommend it....

The Cashew Tofu at Saki House is always 'top notch'. 'Top notch' appears to be used quite frequently these days, especially in Tripadvisor reviews and on tshirts.
'Dumpster Fire' was the word of 2016 and I believe 'Top Notch' will be the word of 2017....

another day we got Stewed Tofu with Mashed Potatoes. They always put Lentil Balls on top whether you ask for them or not. Those food truck guys are good cooks, hopefully a brick and mortar restaurant is in their future...
