Ice Cream and Pups

Some Coconut Toasted Almond Ice Cream was enjoyed this week...
only one vegan option, but better than none...
it was good but not $12/pint good....
more beigeness at the beach this morning...
Scrat's second time going to the beach with his brother and sister...
no possibility ever of tiring out Calvin...
Molly can do without her little brothers...
but they love their big sis...
Sadie seems more interested in relaxing than getting out of the house (the balcony is supposed to get refinished/painted this week). Lots more to come. Bye for now.

  1. Molly is such a good sport for tolerating all the young ones! And sweet Sadie...the cutest little sunbather!

$12/ pint is crazy! Do they sell it by the scoop?

    1. Sadie so often reminds me of Remy. Such a little runt.

They do sell the ice cream by the scoop, but I prefer to do my ice cream eating at home in private where I can really focus. Maybe one day I will treat myself to a cone.

  2. I miss ice cream weather!! What a delicious sounding flavor. Looks like they were having a blast at the beach there- and i bet molly actually secretly loves the attention ;))
Thankfully i kicked my sickness fairly quickly. Brunching today was really sparse on any actual food options (the twits put anchovy in their roast veggies!) but a pretty fruit plate and two fantastic bloody marys with good company made up for that. And next time i get to choose the place so i don't go home kinda still hungry....

    1. You definitely had a vitamin powerhouse brunch. Anchovys are turning up a lot of places lately. Where did you pick for brunch this week?

    2. I picked Dizengoff in the chelsea market-they make The Best hummus in all of nyc and serve it with hot fluffy fat pitas and tasty pickles. No one had been before and it was a big hit-and the portion is so large i still went home with some hummus, just ordered a few more pita to go.

  4. Oooh the ice cream looks great but wow that is a hefty price tag! I guess having a vegan flavor is a victory though.

I love all of the sweet puppy pics! It looks like they are all having a blast frolicking around! Sadie (one of my favorite names ever) looks so comfy sunbathing. And that view!

    1. Sadie is a great name and she learned her name so fast, I think she knows she's a Sweet Sadie.
