So far, the only place that I've found for Tofu Scramble on the weekend is at Natural Livity. Below is their typical breakfast platter $7 of Scramble, Salad and Pita. Really tasty...

The Peanut Punch sounded incredible, but because I thought it might take a long time to make, I held off on ordering one...
They made it with Agave in just a minute. Extremely thick but obviously very good. Too small!

Oh, the just mayo can't be carryon, the TSA will take it- would have to be in checked luggage. Worth it though.
ReplyDeleteThat tofu scramble looks like a good one! Nice pile of veggies on the side there too. And between their veg sausage and the field roast at such great prices for a whole meal you may never need to buy it at the overpriced grocery!
The smoothie sounds (almost) perfect! ;) nice that they include oats, that totally makes the smoothie thicker and more filling. Do they just have one size?

Mr. STV has vowed never to check luggage again after almost missing his flight home last time. I 'make do' with Vegenaisse;-) yeah, they just have thr one size for the Smoothie. Like the TJ's Tiki Masala, I may have to buy two to satisfy cuz it goes down quick. The chickens are happier than anyone. They are singing all day long and having a blast. Yes, they just wander, but not too far. If they go too far, they go down a cliff and I dont know how I would retrieve them.

Isnt it strange that they call it 'Punch'? Maybe they mean like a punch in the arm? These food at Natural Livity is seriously well made. Someone with talent in the kitchen.
DeleteWow, the food looks so good! The Celebration roast with potatoes looks so juicy! It seems that BBQ is very popular there, which is never a bad thing. The peanut punch sounds so unusual and I want to try one! That dog is adorable. I hope he has good hearing if he sleeps in the road!

DeleteI really like this place! Lots of delicious and colorful meals. Pita + Scramble = yes. The Peanut Punch sounds like a delicious milkshake/frosty type of situation. I've just realized something: with the exception of once (that I recall), there is little to no melon around. Summer requires watermelon, and I'm wondering if they can't have it there? Or am I missing it?
ReplyDeleteP.S. Central Texas, mild humidity. East Central and Coast...heavy humidity. I actually got a little sick for about three days, feeling light headed and faint. I attribute it to the extreme temp swings between inside and outside.
They dont sell melons at the fruit stands that I have seen. Primarily Mangoes, Plaintains, Papaya and Pineapple. Melons are in the grocery store, but the store produce took a while getting here if you get my drift.
