Natural Livity

We stopped into Natural Livity last Monday for a late breakfast...'Livity' refers to the energy or life-force that flows through all living things. More info about it here and here. If you dont feel like clicking on the links, it is basically a vegetarian diet that Rastafarians adhere to...
Sample of the specials board from last week...
Specials for summer...
I had the Tofu Scramble with 'Chickpea Tofu' and one other item I have sadly forgotten, but do recall it was all great. They bottle their own local drinks...
there is both indoor and outdoor seating. No styrofoam or plastic when you eat in...
We had to drop off Buttercup at the vet before 8:30 this morning (she had multiple teeth pulled, but survived), so we stopped in for some breakfast to go. This woman was busy making Smoothies...
this morning's breakfast hot bar: Salad, Tofu Scramble, Pita and Cream of Wheat..
I brought the food home to enjoy...
Molly's new thing is to slip out onto the deck whenever the door opens and refuse to come back in...
she thinks it is hilarious when we finally lure her back inside. Cant wait to see her experience the beach for the first time...
So much to eat, so little time. Bye for now.

  1. Now THAT is your new local spot!! Four kinds of veggie burgers? And weekday morning tofu scrambles with salad and smoothies? Seems kinda perfect.
I wouldn't come in off that deck either :) !
Hope that buttercup makes a speedy recovery

  2. Oh Molly!! Is there a gate on the deck, so she can roam? I know you need to get settled, and want to post less so let this be a future request: I'd love to see the kitty quarters!

Natural Livity looks delicious! Although, I don't understand "chickpea tofu". Please explain.

    1. There is no secure gate on the deck where it goes down stairs to the ground. Molly does not know her name when she gets loose. The Kitties still hate me for the most part, but pics of fur babies are always on the agenda. I have no clue what the Chickpea Tofu is either. It was all I could do to figure out it was Chickpea Tofu, didnt want to push it.

  3. I'm glad you can still find tofu scrambles! I hope buttercup is okay. I love seeing Molly! She looks so happy and content. It seems like a slower, calmer way of life on the island.

    1. Except for the driving part, it is great here. I hope you get settled into the new apartment just as quickly.

  4. Molly!!! Oh my goodness!!! WHat a sweetie! I'm so glad she's loving it out on the porch :) She is too cute, I love seeing pictures of her. I hope that Buttercup is doing ok and healing up well!

Um, yes please! That new spot looks incredible! The menu looks so good! The tofu scramble looked really lovely, especially overlooking that gorgeous view you have. I'm still in awe of the huge change and in the best possible way. It's so incredibly beautiful :)
