Tofu with Curry Sauce Three Ways

I am a huge fan of Tofu in Curry Sauce and there is no shortage of it on the Island. Here are some recent examples. Carried out from Peking Tokyo in Red Hook. The entrance is under the pink flowers...
Nice firm Tofu with deeply flavorful Sauce. Good even without Chopsticks (they did give me Chopsticks but I lost them at some point)...
Great Wall in Havensight...
tasty Spring Roll...
most unique Sauce. I look forward to getting this again even though it was made with soft Tofu...
served in a heavy clay pot...
China King also in Havensight...
friendliest service and atmosphere...
tasty Spring Roll...
kudos for the fresh crunchy Vegetables. Sauce wasnt too spicy, but didnt impress me, I doubt I will return...
there is even more Tofu In Curry Sauce coming up, but till then, here is a flower...
Hunkering down for Tropical Storm Erika. Bye for now.

  1. Tofu in a delicious sauce is always a good idea. I am going to get through this dish of curried veggies but my next curry might be store bought. Too bad about the last location - it looks clean and bright, and the spring rolls look great too.

    1. If you can make your own curry sauce more power to you. I am always intrigued by those jarred Indian Sauces.

    1. Fortunately, St. Thomas was spared the wrath of Erika. Just got a little rainfall.

  4. Oooh yum! Everything looks phenomenal!! Love the crunchy veggies in the last one, too bad you can't use one of the other sauces with it! Spring rolls mAke life better.

So glad that you and your crew are all ok and that the storm missed you!
